Colonial real estate has been a benchmark real estate agency in the quality office market in Barcelona, Madrid and Paris since 1946. For its offices in Barcelona and Madrid, we installed a circuit of various dPoi™ that serve as information points of interest to the public of the client, strategically distributed.

Client background

Colonial Real Estate is a Spanish multinational corporation headquartered in Barcelona. Since it was founded in 1946, it has become a leading real estate company in the quality office market in Barcelona, Madrid and Paris, among other locations in the Eurozone.

The challenge

To improve communication between Colonial's internal audiences and with real estate visitors, this client needed to equip their offices with a fleet of strategically distributed digital screens that served as information and interaction points.

Our solution

For more than 10 years, the Barcelona and Madrid offices have had several digital wall totems located at strategic points with high traffic of people. The dPoi™ show various rotating content of interest to Colonial's audiences, such as industry and company news, updates on social networks, weather forecast, etc.
